Zapp Thai Restaurant, LLC d.b.a. Zapp Noodle Thai Restaurant and 3 Zapp Bar receives its liquor license from the city of O’Fallon, IL, and the state of Illinois.

O’FALLON, IL (ZappNoodleThai) Zapp Thai Restaurant, LLC d.b.a. Zapp Noodle Thai Restaurant and 3 Zapp Bar, located at 1407 W HWH 50 in O’Fallon, IL, is excited to announce that it has received its liquor license.  The license numbers are as follows:

  • City of O’Fallon – LL-2025-0003
  • State of Illinois – 1A-1506054

The two, Zapp Noodle Thai Restaurant and 3 Zapp Bar, are owned by Zapp Thai Restaurants, LLC, and are located next door, with Zapp Noodle Thai Restaurant occupying unit #107 and 3 Zapp Bar occupying unit #106.

They will offer:

  • Beer
  • Wine
  • Mixed Drinks

Now you can enjoy the best Thai cuisine in O’Fallon, IL, with your favorite drink, and if that isn’t enough, you can enjoy your stay by visiting the 3 Zapp Bar next door, which has an easy pass-through door between the location units and businesses.

3 Zapp Bar is operated by a partnership agreement between Sinath Ngeth, owner of Zapp Noodle Thai Restaurant, and Wanlap Injan, owner of Zapp Thai in Edwardsville, IL.

Both restaurants have been in business for several years and have high customer ratings from loyal customers who have supported them for years.

3 Zapp Bar has eSmart games, including darts, and digital games that you can play and challenge players from across the globe.

The longer-term plan is to have slot machines, but O’Fallon, IL, requires us to have our liquor license for one year before we can apply for the gaming license.  Needless to say, we are dedicated to this vision and will follow the required rules.

The owners sincerely appreciate the cooperation and support given by the city of O’Fallon and the state of Illinois.  The license was submitted to the state online on Saturday, November 15, 2025.  The email approving the application came at 9:36 am on Monday, November 14, 2025.
