Public Notice – Zapp Noodle Thai Restaurant Submits Planned Use Application to Get a Liquor License
O’FALLON, IL (ZappNoodleThai) Planned Use Permit – We have submitted a Planned Use Application to the City of O’Fallon, Illinois, to obtain a liquor license for our location at 1407 W. Hwy 50, O’Fallon, Illinois, units 106 and 107.
The city requires us to notify our neighbors of our intentions and allow them to respond to our request. The city has provided us with the following schedule of meetings for them to review our application.
- Planning Commission – September 23, 2025
- Community Development Committe 1st – October 13, 2025
- City Council 1st – October 20, 2025
- Community Development Committe 2nd – October 27, 2025
- City Council 2nd (Final Approval) – November 3, 2025
Additionally, we are required to send a Public Notice, once the city approves the form, to our neighbors, informing them of the activities and allowing them to object. In addition to the Certified Letter, we will publish a press release on STL.News and St. Louis Restaurant Review for complete transparency.
